What the service is
We stock your villa with supermarket groceries before you arrive. We buy on your behalf and for your account, and charge you the actual receipt total plus a service fee.
You build your list
Pick items from the supermarket catalogue, each with an estimated price, and choose your delivery date and time.
Optional meal planning
Choose the dishes you want and we generate the ingredient list for your party size and number of nights.
We shop on your account
A shopper buys the items on your behalf and for your account. If something is unavailable we buy the closest equivalent; if there is no reasonable equivalent it is neither bought nor charged.
We deliver to your villa
Delivered before you arrive, to whoever you designate. You get the supermarket receipts with your own receipt, so you can check every item charged.

Pricing and currency
- All prices and charges are in Dominican pesos (RD$). Any US dollar figure is an indicative same-day conversion, not a guaranteed rate.
- Item prices are estimates: the final amount is based on the actual supermarket receipt, since prices change and items sometimes have to be substituted.
- A single service fee, ITBIS included, is charged on that total and shown to you before you confirm. It covers shopping on your behalf, selecting and checking products, transport, delivery and coordination with the store.
