Delivery Policy

How Go Romana delivers your order.

Last updated: August 12, 2026

1. Ordering window

Orders open once your arrival is within 5 days, and close 6 hours before your arrival time, so there is time to shop and deliver. The minimum order is RD$10,000 in grocery items.

2. Where we deliver

We deliver within Casa de Campo, La Romana. If your property is outside that area, write to us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can reach it.

3. Delivery time

You choose a delivery time when you order and we work to meet it. It is a target, not a guarantee: stock at the supermarket, traffic and property access all affect it. If we expect a significant delay, we tell you.

4. Receiving the order

When you order you tell us who will receive the delivery — you, villa staff, the property manager, security, or anyone else you designate. Delivery is complete when it is handed to that person.

If nobody is there, we try to reach you and wait 5 minutes. After that we hand the order to the property's staff or security and the delivery is complete. Chilled and frozen items cannot wait, so the order is still payable even if the person you designated was not present.

5. Substitutions

If an item is unavailable, our shopper picks the closest equivalent — same category, comparable size and quality — without stopping to ask, so the delivery is not delayed. If there is no reasonable equivalent, the item is not bought and you are not charged for it.

The store receipts we hand you reflect exactly what was bought, so you can check every substitution.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel at no cost until the shopper starts shopping, and we refund the pre-stocking fee. Once shopping has begun the items have been bought and you remain responsible for them — write to us as soon as you can.
